Ch/Art’s 7th Annual Art Walk — October 17–18

Join Ch/Art for its 7th Annual Art Walk on October 17–18, from noon to 5:00 p.m., featuring 86 local artists showcasing their work in 35 homes and studios throughout Chevy Chase, MD, and DC. When Does Zoning Mean Exclusion? — Tuesday, October 20

Historic Chevy Chase DC invites the community to a Zoom discussion at 7:00 p.m. with housing policy expert Richard Kahlenberg, author of Excluded: How Snob Zoning, NIMBYism, and Class Bias Build the Walls We Don’t See. Joined by local planning and development experts, the conversation will explore how zoning can contribute to housing exclusion and how income-integrated housing can help create more inclusive communities.
